Cesar Enrique has 12+ years experience doing subcontracting work for several different companies. Cesar decided to create I&E Construction because he saw an opportunity to offer homeowners and businesses a better experience by providing a superior level of service using higher quality materials.

Cesar’s previous experience in not only subcontracting, but also in dealing with a variety of companies, helped him determine exactly the kind of company he wanted I&E Construction to be – one that is dedicated to providing quality work with honesty and integrity.
