The main types of warranties are:

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Covers roofing materials provided by the manufacturer, protecting you against defects in the shingles or other supplied roofing products.

Workmanship Warranty

Offered by I&E Construction, this warranty ensures coverage for any issues resulting from improper roof installation or labor errors.

Extended Warranty

Provides expanded coverage on products and contractor workmanship, typically requiring certified installers to maintain eligibility and protect against future issues.

Manufacturers’ and Extended Warranties

As a certified CertainTeed ShingleMaster and GAF Master Commercial Contractor, I\&E Construction offers extended warranties with enhanced protection, including wind, algae, and 20–25 years of workmanship coverage—ensuring lasting value and peace of mind for your roofing investment.

Contractor’s Warranty Provided By I&E Construction

I&E Construction guarantees quality workmanship, covering repairs for 6 months and roof replacements for 5 years or per manufacturer warranties. We address warranty concerns promptly.

Exclusions from Coverage

Warranty excludes damage from weather, accidents, outside contractors, poor maintenance, or building foundation movement.

Non-Warranty Service Fee

If damage isn't covered, a $300 service charge applies at the time of inspection.

Repair Estimate Option

We’ll provide a repair estimate, and the service fee goes toward the final repair cost.
