How do I prepare my home for the roofing project?

To prepare, clear your driveway and move vehicles to provide workspace for the crew. Remove or secure fragile items from walls and shelves as vibrations might cause them to shift. Protect landscaping and outdoor furniture, and ensure pets and children are kept safely away from the work area.

What happens if there is unexpected damage found during the project?

If unexpected damage, such as rotting wood or structural issues, is discovered during the project, your roofer should notify you immediately and provide an estimate for additional repairs. It’s a good idea to set aside a contingency budget for unforeseen issues.
