By submitting a photo, participating in this promotion, posing with an I&E Roofing & Construction yard sign, or otherwise agreeing to allow I&E Roofing & Construction to use my image, I hereby give I&E Roofing & Construction permission to photograph, record, publish, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, property image, submitted photo, testimonial, and/or related content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and business purposes.
I understand and agree that I&E Roofing & Construction may use these photos and materials in, but not limited to, social media posts, websites, digital advertising, brochures, flyers, printed marketing materials, videos, email campaigns, promotional pieces, and other media now known or developed in the future.
I grant I&E Roofing & Construction a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, edit, crop, publish, display, distribute, and share the submitted or captured content without further notice, approval, or compensation.
I understand that participation in this promotion does not guarantee that my photo or content will be used, and it does not guarantee that I will win any prize. I also understand that the promotion winner will be selected according to the promotion rules established by I&E Roofing & Construction.
By participating, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the right to grant permission for the use of the photo or content submitted. If any minors appear in the photo, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor or have received permission from the parent or legal guardian for the minor’s image to be used.
I release and hold harmless I&E Roofing & Construction, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents from any claims, demands, or liability related to the use of the photo, image, likeness, or promotional content as described above.
